My hat arrived on time. Having longer hair I needed a slightly larger space but not too big that it fell off like other manufacturers.
I love the fit, the fabric is thicker so that my fingers do not pierce and the lilac is lovely. I would have preferred a mid/bright blue or green but I am very happy with the lilac. Slightly expensive but a better product than the others.

I went through 3 different brands of swim caps trying to find one that would stick and they’d all either come off mid swim or were too small for my hair despite being for “long” hair. Soul Cap stayed on from the first swim and had all the space I needed for my curls. It’s giving for us by us.

I have thick, long, caucasian hair (past my waist). I purchased the large swim cap. It fits all of my hair, and I can cover my ears. It is comfortable and easy to put on. Best of all, I swam laps and it kept my hair completely dry. (Let me repeat: COMPLETELY DRY!) I didn't even have to wash or restyle my hair or change my routine, at all. I had many of the same concerns about swimming with my hair that others have, and I am so happy that we have this swim cap option. I didn't know that I wasn't alone. It's great, so easy and quick to put on. My head is on the larger side, and run of the mill Large caps are torture to put and keep on. Next time I might try Medium rather than Large, as my hair, whilst very thick, comes just below ear length.

As a long distance swimmer I love my soul cap. For past 2 years I use the large size cap for my long thick locs (length pass my waist). During triathlon season I shortened my loc to my upper back length and use a medium cap.

Swim cap fits but water still comes in and your hair still gets wet. I brought it based on the reviews that I saw online but this is not true to it’s word for me. I would not recommend this swim cap for Afro hair.

Used it a few times before writing this review in order to give it a fair shot. I REALLY wanted to like this cap so badly but I was left so disappointed. It definitely stretches out a little as you use it which is detrimental to getting a good fit and seal. I do not expect this to keep my hair 100% dry but by the second or third use (I do laps in the pool nothing too crazy) water just seeps beneath my cap leaving my hair soaked and my ears full of water. It didn’t do a great job during my first use either (40% was damp) but there was a marked decline when I used it again. I am very disappointed will look into other caps moving forward.

I only had to order again because one of my originals got lost. The customer service is also exceptional. I was expecting a swim cap that would not only cover my long hair, but also prevent water from wetting my hair. Long story short - my hair gets wet during each swim. The cost of this swim cap and the time it took to receive them is not worth it.

Unfortunately this cap did nothing for my daughter. She has mid back length braids and all of the swimming water entered the cap. She spent her whole lesson emptying her cap full of water. Needless to say, her hair was dripping wet after her swim session. Highly disappointed after spending such amount to avoid this situation. As it was over the two week period, didn’t bother attempting to send it back. Will not be ordering this again.

I contacted the team for advice on which size would be suitable and they were very quick to respond and are super helpful. I only got a refund a refund after raising a case with PayPal. I have butt length faux locs and my hair is completely dry after my swim lessons, the back of my neck hair does get a little wet. I got a XXL but could have gone down a size, even though there is a ton of space left still no water gets in. Make sure to put cap over your ears.
