We ship to the UK with Evri and worldwide with FedEx/DHL for the fastest & most reliable service. All orders placed after 1:30 PM GMT will be dispatched the next working day.

Customs and Tax 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including sales tax), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges, if applied, are the responsibility of the customer.

USA

All orders above US$800 will be subject to import tax. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel, for more information, please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department.


Canada

All orders above CAN$20 will be subject to import duties. This figure does vary depending on the value of the parcel, so please visit the Canada Border Services Agency website for an estimate.


Europe

Due to Brexit, orders shipped to the EU from the UK may now be subject to import duties and VAT. These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and may vary depending on the value and type of goods. For specific information regarding charges and thresholds, we recommend consulting the customs or tax authority of your country.

 

Returns 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Swimwear should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective hygiene strip. Returns will not be accepted if the protective hygiene strip has been removed, or if the item is soiled, stained, or appears to have been worn.

We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Rest of World

We will give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer free returns for international orders, the cost of returns will be at the expense of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
