Next Day Delivery: Order by 12pm Monday–Friday for guaranteed next day delivery (including Saturday delivery if ordered by 12pm Friday). Orders placed after 12pm Friday or on weekends are dispatched Monday for Tuesday delivery.
Next day delivery is unavailable on bank holidays — orders placed on or before a bank holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

Your order may be subject to import duties or taxes once it arrives in your country. Any charges applied are the responsibility of the customer. Please note: if an order is returned to us because customs charges were not paid, delivery was refused, or the courier was unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the cost of the return to sender will be deducted from your refund.
RETURNS
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused. In the same condition as received
- In its original, intact packaging in resellable condition
Swimwear must be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective hygiene strip. Returns will not be accepted if the hygiene strip has been removed, or if the item is soiled, stained, or appears to have been worn.
Please note: if an item is returned in a condition that does not meet the above requirements, or in damaged or incomplete packaging, we reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund to reflect any reduction in resale value.
How to Start a Return
Contact us here to request a return before sending anything back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- United Kingdom — Once your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
- United States & Europe — Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return address and instructions. Return postage is at the customer's expense — we recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
- Rest of World — Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return address and instructions. Return postage is at the customer's expense — we recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If your order is returned to us because customs charges were unpaid, delivery was refused, the courier was unable to deliver after multiple attempts, or an incorrect address was provided, the cost of the return to sender will be deducted from your refund.
Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

CANCELLATIONS
We're unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed. If you've changed your mind, please wait to receive your order and then follow our returns process.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected — if you'd like to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order."
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.
REFUNDS
Once your return is approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
WARRANTY
All SOUL CAP products come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. If your item develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect within this period, we'll happily replace it or offer a refund.
To make a warranty claim, please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. We may ask for photos of the fault to assess the claim.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, general wear and tear, or accidental damage.
