Customs and Tax

UK, EU, and USA customers: No import fees — your order ships locally.

Rest of World: Your order may be subject to import duties or taxes once it arrives in your country. Any charges applied are the customer’s responsibility.


Returns

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Swimwear should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective hygiene strip. Returns will not be accepted if the protective hygiene strip has been removed, or if the item is soiled, stained, or appears to have been worn.

We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Rest of World

We will give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer free returns for international orders, and the cost of returns will be at the expense of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Warranty & Faulty Goods

All SOUL CAP products come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. If your cap develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect within this period, we’ll happily replace it or offer a refund.

To request a replacement or refund for a faulty item, please reach out to us with your order details and a description of the issue. We may request photos of the fault to assess the claim.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, general wear and tear, or accidental damage.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
