Perfect for my 6YO who has shoulder length curly Afro hair. Glides on and off well and keeps the hair dry as you expect but soft enough that it doesn’t pull on his sides like the ordinary swim caps & also gives enough room for his bun. Would recommend medium for a kid older than 6 though, especially if their hair is long enough to cornrow or plait.

My daughter is a keen swimmer and very confident in the water. Over the summer break she has been swimming daily. The soul cap enables her to swim freely without worrying about the aftermath of hair maintenance afterwards. Very good and effective product for children with black hair.

So pleased with our SOUL CAP purchase. My daughter previously used a standard adult sized cap however this was often slipping off in the pool. Her hair isn’t particularly long but it’s thick so we went with the junior size M which is perfect. This secures her hair and still has plenty of room for added comfort. I highly recommend for anyone with Afro hair!

And soon as she got in the car to go home she excitedly announced that she could wear her cap by herself and her hair has remained perfectly dry after swimming! We love This swim cap! My son has near shoulder length locs, and his hair stays completely dry! The cap also does not roll up! It stays in place, and it’s comfortable! He does not complain that it’s too tight or uncomfortable, he swims for 2-3 hours at least twice a week. This is the only cap that we have used, and his hair has remained dry! We’ve tried many! I put his hair up into a loose pony tail, and there is plenty of space and room for comfort, even with a pony tail.

My son has thick, medium length hair, we went for a large originally which was too big, let water in etc and he hated. The M size (kids) is great I can not recommend it enough!!! It has taken the best part of 2 years but we have now finally found a swimming cap that works!!! It stays on!!! I have attached a photo so you can see his hair in relevance to the size cap!!
