How do I join the programme?
Click the Apply Now button on this page and complete the short application form via Shopify Collabs. If you don't already have a Shopify Collabs account, you'll be prompted to create one for free — it only takes a minute.
A few things to have ready before you apply:
- Instagram — you'll need a Business or Creator account (not a personal account). Switching is free and takes seconds in your Instagram settings.
- TikTok & YouTube — standard accounts work fine.
We review every application personally and will be in touch within 7 days. If you're accepted, we'll confirm your tier and walk you through the next steps.
Which tier will I be placed in?
We review every application and assign a tier based on your content, audience, niche, and how well you align with the SOUL CAP brand. That said, every creator starts somewhere and there's always room to grow within the programme, progressing to higher tiers over time.
Do I need a large following to apply?
No. Following size is one factor we consider but it's not the deciding one. We care more about content quality, authenticity, and whether your audience genuinely aligns with the SOUL CAP community. Some of our best creators have smaller but highly engaged audiences — if your content is good and the fit is right, we want to hear from you.
How does the commission work?
Once you're accepted and your agreement is signed, you'll receive a unique personal discount code and affiliate link. Every sale made through your code or link earns you a commission — the rate depends on your tier. Your audience also gets a discount off their order, so everyone benefits. Commission is tracked automatically through Shopify Collabs and paid out monthly.
Can I work with other brands?
You can work with other brands generally, but as part of the programme we ask that you don't promote other swim cap brands or feature SOUL CAP alongside competitor swim products in the same content. Other sportswear or swimwear brands can appear incidentally — for example wearing a non-SOUL CAP swimsuit — but should not be tagged or highlighted. Full details are covered in your agreement.
How do I progress through the tiers?
We review creator performance on an ongoing basis. Progression from Community to Crew, or from Crew to Circle, is based on a combination of content quality, engagement, consistency, and alignment with the SOUL CAP mission. There's no formal application process for progression — if we identify you as ready to move up, we'll reach out directly. The best thing you can do is show up, create great content, and let your profile speak for itself.
