SOUL CAP Foundation - Terms and Conditions
SOUL CAP Foundation is a UK-based charity pledging to donate £100,000 over five years to support Underserved Communities. The foundation aims to promote swim education, swim club sponsorships, and the gifting of products in the United Kingdom.
1. Eligibility:
SOUL CAP Foundation is open to individuals and organisations based in the United Kingdom working towards promoting Underserved Communities.
2. Application Evaluation:
SOUL CAP Foundation's board of trustees will consider all applications on a case-by-case basis and will determine the nature of support to be provided.
3. Right to Refuse:
SOUL CAP Foundation reserves the right to refuse any application for support at its sole discretion.
4. Use of Funds:
All funds donated by SOUL CAP Foundation must be used for the specific purposes outlined in the application and approved by SOUL CAP Foundation's board of trustees.
5. Reporting and Accountability:
Recipients of support from SOUL CAP Foundation must agree to provide regular updates on the progress of their projects and how the funds are being used.
6. Promotional Use:
SOUL CAP Foundation may use the names and logos of organisations and individuals that receive support for promotional and fundraising purposes.
7. Amendment of Terms and Conditions:
SOUL CAP Foundation reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
8. Agreement to Terms and Conditions:
Individuals and organisations agree to be bound by these terms and conditions by applying for support from SOUL CAP Foundation.
